I have worked in professional sport and performance for over 30 years, and have known Grant Downie for over ten of these. I have observed Grant in many settings, and have always been impressed by his agility in managing the multitude of challenges he encounters. He continues to bring innovative paradigms into his daily practice, and seems to have no decline in his physical and emotional energies.
